IlluSalon, established in 2014, is a global illustration resource platform. At present the platform is home to more than 1,000 professional illustrators, and more than 10,000 illustrations, from more than 50 countries and regions around the world, and operates a powerful International Standard Link Identifier (ISLI) system to facilitate the efficient circulation of illustrations, and the protection of copyright. illuSalon raises the all-around value of illustrators and their works using an international art-world operational model to concentrate and apply illustration industry resources. In response to an age of individualization, it scales and adds value in order to speed the adoption of illustrations within China. At the same time, illuSalon administers the Global Illustration Award (GIA), a major international illustration award. illuSalon has become the largest illustration resource platform in China, and has won widespread international recognition.
